Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched between 1-2 business days once placed. Free shipping is offered on orders placed within Australia with a total value of $50 or more (after discounts are applied). Express shipping is also available at an additional cost. Once orders are dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their order status.
International orders, are also dispatched between 1-2 business days once the orders have been placed. We currently do not offer any free shipping on those orders. All additional duties or taxes that are applicable to an order are to be incurred by the receiver.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
